Shipping policy

Free Shipping:

All orders are shipped free to the 48 states of the continental USA, including the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, any US territories, or outside of the USA.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. Please note that the daily cutoff for processing orders is 3:00 p.m. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Transit times vary from 5-7 business days. 

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@getreadyco.com. Additionally, if, after receiving your tracking information, your package never arrives and there is no updated information available on your tracking number, please contact us at sales@getreadyco.com. 

As stated above, there is no shipping outside the USA, and there is no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping Options:

Our "curb-side" pickup shipping is free on all orders! This option processes and ships within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday), and transit time takes between 5-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep. 

Shipping Couriers:

Our shipping couriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Freight Club.
