Cancellations
Full Refunds
Should you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of the original purchase. Canceled orders will receive a full refund (100%) within 7–10 business days. Please note this applies to all brands, except US Stove Company and Ashley which do not allow returns or refunds.
Partial Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, we will make every effort to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. If we are able to cancel the order with our supplier before it ships, you will still receive a full refund (100%). Please note this applies to all brands, except for US Stove Company and Ashley which do not allow returns or refunds.
However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Though the product can still be returned by following the return process detailed below.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the order’s delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Additionally, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and you must pay for return shipping. Please note this applies to all brands, except US Stove Company and Ashley which do not allow returns or refunds.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 7–10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange using the contact information below. Ensure you inspect the package upon delivery and notate and take pictures if there is any damage. If your order’s box or items were damaged in shipping, please send us pictures of any damage to the box and item(s) within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
Shipping Damage Process for US Stove Company & Ashley
Please note that for US Stove Company and Ashley hearth brand products, who do not allow returns for any reason, please inspect the product upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours of delivery of any damage, including pictures of the packaging and damage to the product, detailing any parts that suffered damage during the shipping process. We’ll work with you to obtain replacement parts if necessary or file a shipping damage claim with the shipping carrier.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@getreadyco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Please note this applies to all brands, except for US Stove Company and Ashley which do not allow returns or refunds.
Refunds
All refunds are processed within 7–10 days of either the receipt and inspection of a return or when an order is canceled. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your account. All refunds are issued using the original method of payment.
Countries: United States We accept returns.
Return window: 30 days from the delivery date. Except for the US Stove Company and Ashley brands which do not allow returns.

Restocking fee: 25% of the product price.
Refund processing time: 10 days
Please note:
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- I understand the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
- I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, notate and take pictures if there is any damage, and provide them to Get Ready Co. within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
- I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping in the case of a refund.
- I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused.
- I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund.
- I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and a restocking fee of 25%.
- All products from the brands of US Stove Company and Ashley hearth cannot be returned for any reason (ex. Buyer’s remorse, wrong unit ordered, etc.).
- For US Stove Company and Ashley products contact us right away, within 24 hours of delivery, regarding any shipping damage and we’ll work with you to send replacement parts, if necessary, or submit a shipping damage claim to the carrier.
